AFM POWER PIPES™ were developed because of the need for a supercharger intake pipe that would flow at a higher rate of CFM, with a larger volume of air, brought on by the demand that new Vortech, Procharger and Paxton have when making 10 lb of boost or more.

The AFM POWER PIPE, with its all mandrel bent construction, is the highest flowing inlet pipe available for centrifugal superchargers. We also put the mass air in the inner fenderwell for a cooler intake charge.

Performance improvements with this innovative design have been fantastic! Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords tested in their November '97 issue on two different cars. The first (minor modifications) went from 10 lb of boost to 14 lb of boost and dropped 2 tenths and gained 4 mph at the strip. The second (major modifications) went from 16 lb of boost to 19 lb of boost, gained 38 hp at the rear wheels, and dropped 23 hundredths and gained 1.5 mph at the strip.

AFM Normally Aspirated Power Pipes were developed because of the need for higher volume, better flowing intake pipes needed with the higher RPM 4.6/5.0 and the bigger cubic inch 347/408. With the volume of air these engines need, the small factory rippled intake pipes are too restrictive and the cold air intake pipes are too small of volume. They rely on the cooler intake charge to gain H.P., which cannot be chassis Dyno tested. AFM dyno's each Power Pipe® to verify H.P. gains. The mass air is in the inner fenderwell, but we do not rely on the cooler intake to make the extra H.P. We do it in design and testing. Normally Aspirated Applications

Anderson Ford Motorsport has recently released the latest addition to the Power Pipe line up. Power Pipe AF-0125c is specifically engineered for use with the Velocity Mass air. Through design, the Power Pipe/ Velocity combination delivers a larger volume of cooler air to the engine. By doing so, our test '07 GT-500 Mustang has produced over 40 additional rear wheel horsepower - from simply installing the Power Pipe with Velocity mass air meter and Predator tuner. Works great with pulleys or 3" exhaust.

LIGHTNING POWER PIPES™

Anderson Ford Motorsport new AF-0130c Power Pipe for the 99-04 Lightning.

The PKAF-0130cv package is the newly designed Power Pipe with the new Velocity mass air meter included for 42 lb/hr injectors which out-flows the 90mm Lighting meter by as much as 100cfm.

The Power Pipe with Velocity mass air is worth as much as +14 hp at the real wheels over the stock air intake and filter. The higher the horsepower level the bigger the gains you will receive from the Power Pipe and Velocity meter.

The PKAF-0130ck package is the newly designed Power Pipe with the new Power Bell and Power Stack filter to be used with the 90mm lightning mass air meter.

produced and additional 6.5 RWHP over the factory rubber inlet
