Update 8/17/05

Our 2000 GT Mule with Procharger and Mr. Freeze makes 632 rwhp on pump gas.

Watch for article in Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords

This is Anderson Ford Motorsport's new Project for 2003.

We will be doing extensive Dyno testing with this car. Everything from Headers, X-pipes, AFM Billet Camshafts, Heads (Ported P.I. & Ported FRPP), Intakes (Ported P.I., Ported Bullet & Ported FRPP), Throttle Bodies, and the new PMS for EEC -V. We will also be track testing all the changes.

Our goal is to have one of the fastest, if not THE fastest natural aspirated 2-valve 4.6 street Mustangs in the U.S. and still be a daily driver. So inturn we can help the 4.6 owners get the performance out of their cars.

The Car baselined at 234 hp at the rear wheels and at the track ran 13.83@100 with only a 2.20 60ft. We had no traction, even in 2nd gear. It was only 28 degrees and the track closed because of snow flurries.

We hope to keep our web site updated with all the testing on the 4.6, so keep checking back.

Update 12/02/03

AFM project 4.6 GT first time out runs 11.94 at 112.77 with a 1.57 60ft.

This was on M/T ET Streets at a race weight of 3313 lbs, still had the spare tire in the trunk.

This makes our test car one of the quickest if not the quickest natural aspirated 4.6 two valves in the country.

Dyno Graph is below. Check out the details of the combo here.

New Baseline with 4.30 Gears, M/T ET Street Tires and PMS

Update 7/15/03

AFM has been working diligently on new combinations for the 4.6 2-valve Mustangs.
We have been very impressed with the power that is obtainable with these 4.6 2-valve engines.

One of the first packages we are offering is a camshaft, head porting package designed to be used with the stock P.I. plastic intake using the new Accufab plenum.

We have seen an increase of 45hp at the rear wheels with this package.

( check out dyno graph below)

The package consists of Stg III Head Porting (on your heads), Stg III Valve Package,
Mod Max Valve Spring Kit and AFM New Camshafts and sells for $2389.00.

Mu.175 = AFM Power Pipe®, Pro-M 80mm M.A., Bassani Mid Length Headers,
X-Pipe and After-Cat, Accufab 70mm T.B., Accufab Plenum & Underdrives

Mu.237 = Same as Mu.175 Except with AFM Stg II Cams & Porting Package

Update 2/17/03

With just bolt-ons we got our GT to 274.15 Horsepower and 320.28 Torque.

That's a 42 h.p. gain at the rear wheels!

Stay tuned - intakes are next.

Update 1/29/03

We have started on our '00 Mustang GT Project car. Our first test was the Bassani aft-cat and here are the results.

1998 5.4 F-150 Supercharged

As featured in the February '99 issue of Super Ford, this was a great project for us in 1998. AFM learned much about the EEC-V computers relative to what they like and don't like with superchargers. This F150 was only equipped with the Vortech S-Trim and Bassani cat-back and turned an impressive ET of 14.54 @ 92.95 mph and made 255.8 hp on the Dynojet.
