RETURNS / EXCHANGES
No Returns or Exchanges after 30 Days of receipt.
We strive to give you complete satisfaction. If there is a problem with your order, please call or e-mail us. If we have made an error, we will rectify the situation immediately.
Do not send an item back without contacting us for an Return Authorization or RMA number.
If there is damage during shipment contact the carrier to file a claim. If a package is lost in transit contact customer service to start a missing package claim. A replacement product will be shipped (if available) once claim processing has been completed. If a new product is not available/obsolete the customer will have a choice of a refund (less shipping expenses) or if there is a replacement of equal value will be shipped.
If there are items missing from a kit/package please contact us immediately. It is extremely important that packages/kits are inspected upon delivery. Customers have 30 days after receiving items to contact AFM for missing items or components, otherwise it will be the customers responsbility to purchase a replacement component. Customers also have 30 days after receipt of the ordered products to be eligible for exchanges/returns. The 30 day window starts once product has been shipped from our/vendors facility.
If you would like to exchange an item please call. Exchanges are eligible for non-installed, unopened products only. No exchanges permitted passed 30 days of receipt from original order. We will NOT ship the new item until the return has been received back to AFM.
Once an order has been shipped and left our facility we cannot stop or cancel the shipment.
AFM does not provide return shipping labels or pay for return shipping unless there is a warranty, replacement or error that AFM has notified that we will cover.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. No returns will be accepted on installed product. No returns on electrical items (Example: ProM mass air meters are built to spec and cannot be returned once built). Shipping is not eligible for refund under any circumstance!
