A Race version throttle body does not have a vacuum elbow and the exact mm size is measured at the blade.  However, all Race versions sized 75mm through 90mm have a 4" inlet or opening.  An Anderson Power Pipe must be used to hook up to mass air

These products are made from high quality billet aluminum, no castings or coatings!  Each billet part is CNC machined and then the exterior aluminum is polished to a mirror finish.  The shafts are CNC machined from stainless steel and we use only the best bearings, bushings, screws and other component parts available
