Ford Performance 8.8" Trac Lok 31 Spline Differential

Increase strength and durability in your 8.8 rear end with Ford Performance's 1986-2014 Mustang 31 spline differential! The original 28 spline axles are great for stock applications, but as more power is added to the engine, these 28 spline axles become a weak link. This differential helps you convert to 31 spline axles while adding strength to a vital component in your rear end. Ford Performance's 31 spline differential uses the same carbon fiber clutch packs used in the 2003-2004 Cobra, 2005-2014 Mustang GT, & 2007-2014 Shelby GT500 SVT Mustangs. Carbon-fiber friction plates are much more durable as they are designed for higher torque compared to their stock counterparts. This differential will accept the anti-lock brake exciter ring and requires the use of 31 spline axles to complete your installation.
