Payment on our website by Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal is accepted on our website. For sercurity reasons we are not able to accept gift debit/credit cards. Your credit card is charged automatically by our website when you place the order. We do not see your credit card number.
If you have trouble placing your order online please make sure the address you entered matches the billing address on your card exactly. The 3 digit CVV code on the back of your card is required (4 digit on front of AMEX). If you still have problems contact us.
Pictures of items are for representative purposes only and may vary in color or design from the depiction. Anderson Ford Motorsport reserves the right to discontinue or revise an item or kit at any time without notice. If you have specific questions about parts or components in kits please call us at 217-935-2076 for clarification prior to making an online purchase.
Due to the potential for online fraud we can only ship to the billing address on your credit card or the confirmed address on your Paypal account, if you require the item to be shipped to a different address please call us at 217-935-2076 to discuss possible options.

UPS and FedEx packages are picked up daily.
If a package arrives damaged please contact the carrier to file a claim. If a package is lost via transit please contact customer service to allow claim processing. A replacement (if available) will be shipped once claim investigation is completed. If a replacement isn't available a refund will be processed once claim processing is completed.
In stock orders will usually ship same day otherwise can be 24-72 hours after purchase unless otherwise noted. Due to popularity and demand, some parts may be out of stock before the website can be updated. Please call to confirm availability.
Standard shipping method for all orders placed through this website is Ground Service.
You will automatically receive an invoice/receipt from our website, if you do not check your SPAM blocker and JUNK box. UPS will automatically send a tracking email when the item is shipped. If you did not receive an email your ISP may be blocking the emails. Some spam blockers will block this notification, if you believe that is the case please email us for a tracking number.
For Canada customers:
We do not directly ship to Canada or any other province outside of the United States, however, we work with other retail performance businesses that are dealers for our products. Please call customer service for your available options if you need shipping outside of the United States.
Effective March 1, 2021: We will no longer be shipping any products, or products that do not carry an EO, Carb Certification number or "Off Road" item to the state of California. Call customer service if you have any further questions.
Drop ship orders:
Our vendors/dealers may have ship lead times depending on parts purchased. Please call to confirm lead/ship timeframes. We do stock some dealer items, however many parts on our website are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. All items on the website are allowed to be purchased regardless of "Out of Stock" or "Back Ordered" status. In stock status for these items will vary. Please CALL to confirm if an item is in stock for shipment. Ordering will place yourself in-line to receive the product once the manufacturer has available inventory. Purchase of a drop shipped item that is Out of Stock is still subject to AFM's cancellation policy.
Standard cancellations can be requested within 24hrs from time of purchase. The order must not have been shipped or processed in order to cancel for a full refund. If order was placed for a made to order item you have 24 hours to cancel from the original time of purchase. Made to order items cannot be cancelled if order is processed and manufacturer is making the item(s). If you still wish to cancel you are subject to a 20% restock fee plus cost of shipping to our facilities. AFM does not cover shipping or return shipping.
Back Ordered Items:
Any items on a back order status may still be purchased on the website, however this means there isn't a concrete date (estimated 30 days or longer) for availability unless otherwise noted. Orders will be fufilled once items have been received to put back in inventory. If you place an order on a back ordered item you have 48 hours to request cancellation for a full refund otherwise order will be considered good and awaiting fulfillment. If you are within the 48 hour window please contact us if you wish to cancel a back ordered item at 217-935-2076. Cancellations for back ordered items will be subject to a 20% restock fee if outside of the 48 hour order window.
Out of Stock Items:
Any item that is out of stock is expected to be back in stock usually within 2-3 weeks but can be up to 30 days once there is available inventory. Out of stock items can still be purchased on the website and will be fulfilled once available. Certain AFM products will arrive faster than others. Please call to confirm availability or estimated lead times. Placing an order for an out of stock item GUARANTEES you a place in line to recieve the purchased item. You may cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours after the order has been placed. Cancellations for out of stock items will be subject to a 20% restock fee if outside of the 48 hour order window.
Most of the Mustang parts and services offered in this online catalog are for off-road use or competition use only. Use on State and Federal Highways may be a violation of the EPA Clean Air Act. The Clean Air Act can be found at http://www.epa.gov/air/caa/. This document contains in detail what are considered to be violations of the CAA and corresponding penalties for failure to obey and should be read in full before purchasing or installing this off-road or race use only product. Ensuring that all emissions, noise/sound, and speed/use related laws are followed is the responsibility of the Buyer(s). Installation and use of this product indicates that this disclaimer has been read, acknowledged, and understood fully by both the Buyer(s) and Installer(s). The Buyer(s) assume all associated risk and responsibility of the purchase.
Parts sold by Anderson Ford Motorsport are not sold with a warranty. Such parts are sold “as is”, “with all faults”, “as they stand” and without any express warranty whatsoever, unless otherwise expressly designated herein. To the fullest extent allowed by the state and federal law, Anderson Ford Motorsport expressly disclaims the implied warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose, even if a particular purpose is mentioned herein. Anderson Ford Motorsport also expressly disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damage or loss of property or equipment, loss of profits or revenue, cost of purchase or replacement of goods, or claims of customers of the purchaser that result from the use of any and all parts or vehicles contained in this catalog. In no event shall the liability of Anderson Ford Motorsport, whether in tort, contract or otherwise, exceed the cost of the part or vehicle. However, you may have legal rights which vary from state to state.
Should any parts contained within our online catalog or retail store prove defective following their purchase, the buyer and not the manufacturer, distributor or retailer, shall assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing and/or repair. The entire risk as to the performance of such parts or vehicles is with the buyer.
Any parts sold with any warranty contrary to this Disclaimer shall be specifically labeled as such and such warranty shall have a limited length of 12 months from date of purchase and Anderson Ford Motorsport's liability shall be limited to the replacement of said part with a new or reconditioned item of equal or greater value and serviceability. The purchaser is responsible for obtaining a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from Customer Service which can be reached at 217-935-2076 as well as the cost of return postage. If the returned item is deemed unserviceable for reasons of manufacturing or workmanship, a replacement will be sent to you at our cost. The returned item must be sent to us with a trackable shipping source.
We are not responsible for owner-installation of any of our parts or kits. We urge you to contact our Customer Service Center at 217-935-2076 prior to purchase if you have questions regarding your level of ability to install the item(s). We are not responsible for any damage during installation. Damaged components may not be returned for any reason.
