Return / Exchange Policy


No Returns or Exchanges after 30 Days.

We strive to give you complete satisfaction. If there is a problem with your order, please call us. If we have made an error, we will rectify the situation immediately.

Do not send an item back without contacting us for an Return Authorization number.

If there is damage during shipment contact the carrier to file a claim. If a package is lost in transit contact customer service to start a missing package claim. A replacement product will be shipped (if available) once claim processing has been completed. If a new product is not available/obsolete the customer will have a choice of a refund (less shipping expenses) or if there is a replacement of equal value will be shipped.

If you would like to exchange an item please call. Exchanges are eligible for non-installed, unopened products only.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.  No returns will be accepted on installed product.  No returns on electrical items.  Shipping is not eligible for refund under any circumstance!
