Anderson Level 3 Fuel System 86-95 Mustang 5.0L/5.8L - Forced Induction

Revamped kit with higher quality PTFE fittings and fuel line. Now available with optional black nylon fuel line. 

This kit utilizes a new fuel tank that is designed after the 03-04 Cobra style tank but fits in the Fox Body and SN95 platform. That means no filler neck modification is necessary! This kit offers high quality components from some of the best manufacturers in the world.

Designed to work with pushrod 5.0L Mustangs or 351W/5.8L swapped Mustangs. This kit was put together for forced induction applications exceeding what a single pump application can do on a factory tank & module. Level 3 systems are setup with a 8an feed and a 6an return. This kit uses twin 450lph Walbro fuel pumps that can be used with many fuel types.

This kit can be used with E85.

Level 3 Kit can handle up to 1200 RWHP with forced induction on pump gas or race fuel

(HP level may vary based on fuel injector size and fuel type/additives being used)

Basic knowledge of fuel systems is recommended. You will need to cut to length your fuel lines as the fitting ends are not preassembled onto the fuel lines. (we do NOT recommend high speed cutting tools when cutting the fuel lines to length, using hose shears for cutting is recommended) Part number 2989 hose cutting shears available here.

This fuel system is modular, meaning this system and components can be manipulated/installed any which way the installer chooses. If different components are needed or more hoses you can purchase direct from Fore Innovations. The diagram pictured is a simple way to do this system installation.

*This kit comes with the Fore Innovations FC3 controller which is a heavy duty solid state relay device. For race applications you can run both pumps full time by not running the included pressure switch. We do recommend if you plan on daily driving or have a heavy duty use with this setup to run the pressure switch and also run a larger roll over valve instead of the factory tank vent. This kit requires removing your factory fuel level sending unit and install it onto the included Aeromotive tank bracket. (Do not install on the Fore module as it will not fit with the tank)
